What has happened?

On November 14th, 2023, it was announced that Acquia – the digital experience leader – has agreed to acquire Monsido from CivicPlus®. CivicPlus will retain and continue to serve U.S. local government customers using the Monsido platform. The transaction closed in early January 2024. For more, see the full announcement.

I am a customer. How do I find out if I will remain a CivicPlus customer or become an Acquia customer?

CivicPlus will become a partner of Acquia, and retain and continue to serve U.S. local government customers using the Monsido platform. CivicPlus will be the sole reseller of Monsido to the U.S. local government territory and market.

U.S. state and federal government and all other global Monsido customers will become Acquia customers. If you’re in doubt, please reach out to the Customer Success team via the in-tool chat.

As a customer transferring to Acquia, does that mean that I will need to sign a new contract?

No, you will not need to sign a new contract at this point in time. Upon your next renewal, you will receive an invoice directly from Acquia.

Is there any new billing information?
